KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 — Malaysia has the capacity and capability to achieve 100 per cent digital inclusivity, especially among the vulnerable communities, in its effort to bridge the digital divide, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said.
